Workshop: Embodied Resilience

4-week workshop: Rebalance your nervous system and deepen connections with your body and your intuition. Learn the practice of neurogenic yin yoga in a light-hearted group. Self massage and energy work techniques that support a healthy nervous system will also be covered. Limit 8 attendees.
